Thai Sticky-Rice Chips - Khao Taen in Thai - are inspired by Northern Thai street food. We soak sticky-rice in fresh watermelon juice and coconut milk to bind the grains together, then crisp them up to bring out the flavor of toasted rice. These gluten-free, crunchy, mini rice cakes have 25-35% less fat than regular potato chips.
